Normally, it takes a maximum of five working weeks once all the documents have been submitted correctly but according to the situation it varies.

Yes but no. You are allowed to work part time or do an internship with a student visa but you aren’t allowed to work full time with a student visa.

Normally, a student visa is valid for one year and you will have to renew the visa every year if you are attending the program longer than a year.

The student can instead transfer to the sponsor compnay’s visa (employment visa) and continue studying part time.
